We are located on the border of Glen Spey and Sparrow Bush. This is where NY, NJ & PA all meet. Overlooking The Delaware River, the cabin is the perfect location for outdoor activities. We are just 10 mins. from Port Jervis where you can find general stores, restaurants & bars.

Driving around the Catskills is not only easy it is absolutely beautiful. There are also taxi services available if need be. Explore the great outdoors and take it all in.

About This Space

The Space

A short dirt road will lead you to this natural knotty pine Catskill haven. The home is furnished with 2 queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa, all within an open concept loft. The optimal amount of guests is 2-4 (sleeper sofa is always an option for lucky numbers 5 & 6). A work station/reading nook & smart TV are located in the loft as well.

On the main floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking pleasures, a dining table for six, a chic living room with a cozy wood burning fireplace, and a bathroom.

Guest Access

You will have access to the full space including a washer/dryer in the basement. Exclusion include and are limited to the basement crawl space and shed.

Other Things to Note

The cabin is not childproof. Examples: The wood burning fireplace gets very hot and the natural stone walkway is potentially unsafe for an unsupervised child. Family bookings are welcomed with the condition that parents take responsibility for the safety of their children.

The private river access is across the road. This does require a short walk or drive,

The sleeper sofa pulls out to the size of a full size bed but is not a mattress pull-out.

We recommend that guests bring slippers as some of the nail heads protrude slightly from the wood floorboards.

The Hot tub is available year round.

Clean linens are provided for each guest and beds are made like in the pictures but we do not provide flat sheets.

We do not guarantee that there is cooking oil, pam, butter, aluminum foil or baking sheets.

Drive slowly and carefully up the road as it is a two way narrow road
No illegal substances in or around the house
No use of fireworks
Do not leave windows open while running the heat
No additional guests to the number specified in the reservation
No outside visitors allowed on the property without prior approval (additional guests with incur an additional charge)

Leave used beds unmade. Make sure you lock the laundry room Make sure the hot tub is turn down to 95 degrees and covered Leave the laundry key on its hook Cover the grill Please wash off all dishes and properly place them in the dishwasher. If possible please turn on the dishwasher. Please lock the exterior doors. Please do NOT lock the second door of the enterance.
